Booking Policies
Payment
Self-funding patients can make payments securely via bank transfer prior to the session. We do not offer sessions from health insurance companies.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. This policy allows us to offer the time to others who may be waiting for support.
Session Duration
Standard therapy and coaching sessions last for 50 minutes. Some psychological assessments and therapy sessions may require up to 90 minutes, this would be planned with you ahead of time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you get the full benefit of your scheduled time. Supervision and training durations are tailored to specific professional requirements.
